Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design process for intricate and unclear audit workflows, starting from problem identification to final delivery of solutions.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define strategy, influence product roadmaps, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

• Drive the execution of design with minimal supervision in a dynamic and uncertain environment.

• Convert customer requirements, research findings, and business objectives into user journeys, interaction frameworks, and refined user interfaces.

• Maintain a balance between speed and iteration while ensuring usability, consistency, and the long-term quality of the product.

• Advocate for user needs while considering technical, regulatory, and business limitations.

• Take ownership of a major product area or customer journey and foresee the effects on various workflows and user personas.

• Contribute to the design system, guide peers, and act as a reliable design advocate.

• Assist in modernizing audit processes and designing AI-enhanced workflows for auditors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in a Product Design capacity.

• Ideally, experience should focus on complex B2B SaaS products.

• Proven experience managing intricate and ambiguous problem spaces from start to finish with minimal guidance.

• Ability to approach problems systemically and predict downstream effects across workflows, user personas, and related product areas.

• Experience in collaborating with or designing AI-driven workflows, including review, summarization, or guidance processes.

• Proven track record of integrating AI into everyday design practices, ranging from research and analysis to prototyping and refinement.

• Demonstrated capability for delivering usability, refinement, and consistency in completed projects.

• Experience in enhancing team performance through mentorship, constructive feedback, and insightful critique.
