Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design and architect intricate internal management systems, proprietary product platforms, and sophisticated CRM tools.

• Ensure the integrity of design and maintain strong UX/UI consistency throughout high-complexity backend workflows.

• Serve as a design advocate within the team, upholding design quality and standards.

• Create and enhance complex internal systems, tailored CRM interfaces, and backend-focused management platforms.

• Proactively shape the product roadmap and question existing processes.

• Foster continuous design enhancements in close collaboration with Product Managers.

• Convert complex financial and technical backend logic into clear, functional, and scalable user interfaces.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in product design.

• Strong UX/UI design experience specializing in complex systems, internal tools, and back-office platforms.

• Experience in mobile application design within banking, fintech, or financial services and/or products sectors.

• Advanced/Fluent English for daily professional communication and collaboration.

• A proactive and energetic approach with the desire to influence product strategy and challenge conventional practices.

• Strategic mindset with the capability to act as a design advocate and key advisor to product leadership.

• High degree of autonomy and confidence in navigating complex stakeholder environments.

• Exposure to or a keen interest in AI implementation and AI tools applied to design workflows is a plus.

• Some graphic design experience is a bonus.

• Strong commitment to delivery and adherence to deadlines and objectives is advantageous.

• Experience in working with distributed and multicultural teams is a plus.

• Must legally reside in the accepted region.
