Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Rethink workflows, create concepts, and design new interactions and components.

• Streamline intricate finance and mortgage processes utilizing AI to improve design quality and efficiency.

• Engage in all phases of the product design journey, from discovery and interaction design to visual implementation.

• Design user experiences that revolutionize how lending institutions handle loan applications.

• Oversee projects and initiatives, establishing strategy and UX vision through collaboration and alignment across functions.

• Build scalable design foundations suitable for various customers and loan application offerings.

• Enhance the design team's expertise and motivate the team towards a meaningful vision.

• Redesign internal processes related to loan origination and home transactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English (100% client-facing environment in the US).

• Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in product design.

• A portfolio showcasing exceptional quality in design work.

• Able to lead calls and collaborative sessions with product teams and engineers.

• Strong expertise in Figma.

• Experience in managing design systems, interactions, and responsive design.

• Actively employs AI tools for design exploration, research, and enhancing delivery speed.

• Comfortable adapting to frequent changes in tools, processes, and priorities.

• Capable of quickly getting up to speed and addressing multiple teams' challenges at once.

• Able to progress without having a perfectly defined brief.

• Confident in presenting and articulating design decisions in both written and spoken English.

• Experience collaborating with distributed, cross-functional teams.

• Possess a systems-thinking approach.

• Familiarity with mortgage terminology and basic lending principles is a plus.
