Senior Product Designer – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design the ways in which customers interact with AI throughout their journey.

• Define the experiences related to trust, control, review, approval, steering, and the reversal of AI actions.

• Develop innovative interaction patterns for conveying intent and obtaining intelligent outcomes.

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and research teams to transform new capabilities into valuable experiences.

• Create reusable AI interaction patterns that align with TheyDo’s design language.

• Convert ambiguous and rapidly evolving opportunities into concrete roadmap decisions using prototypes.

• Engage in constant prototyping, particularly involving AI.

• Conduct user interviews and participate in sales and customer success discussions as well as design community initiatives.

• Deliver high-quality, comprehensive experiences.

• Advance the design system as new patterns develop.

• Contribute to defining the practice of AI experience design at TheyDo.

• A portfolio showcasing your judgment on ambiguous, 0→1 product challenges.

• Proficiency in an AI-first design methodology.

• Experience in designing and prototyping with contemporary AI models.

• Initiative in ideation and the ability to independently identify significant problems.

• Strong skills in prototyping.

• Systems thinking capability and the aptitude to define and assess new interaction patterns.

• Comfort with complexity and understanding of enterprise constraints.

• Experience with B2B or similarly intricate software.

• Familiarity with customer journeys, service design, or research methodologies is advantageous.

• Willingness to work/live within the CET +/- 2 timezone.

• Background in designing and developing agentic-based solutions, whether through employment or side projects.
