This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take the lead in developing and advancing the content strategy for Little Journey and Trial Flow.
• Ensure content priorities are aligned with the needs of participants, product objectives, and business goals.
• Implement a commercially viable approach to content that maximizes reuse and enables efficient adaptation.
• Establish content principles, guidelines, standards, governance, and approval processes.
• Enhance educational, support, coping, and product UI content experiences.
• Discover opportunities for content to elevate participant outcomes, engage users, and provide customer value.
• Create workflows for AI-assisted content generation and iteration, incorporating quality controls and clinical validation.
• Oversee the entire Content Delivery process, including content generation, expert review, publishing, versioning, and archival.
• Balance the needs of participants, clinical staff, product teams, and commercial interests.
• Streamline content processes, tools, automation, and reuse for enhanced efficiency and scalability.
• Be responsible for the quality, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of localization capabilities.
• Manage and develop the Content Coordination Manager and Localization Manager.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure plans are aligned, feedback is managed, and content issues are resolved.
• Engage freelancers and external contributors as needed and oversee their work.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Delivery, Clinical, Design, Discovery, Commercial, and other stakeholders.
• Define metrics for content effectiveness and operations while linking content performance to company and product metrics.
• Leverage participant feedback, behavioral data, operational insights, and stakeholder input to prioritize enhancements.
• Report directly to the CPO within the Product team.
• Extensive and proven experience in creating and executing content strategies for digital products or platforms.
• Experience in establishing content governance, standards, and scalable processes within a product function.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions with Product, Design, and subject matter experts to produce high-quality content.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI for content creation or iteration, with a willingness to experiment with prompts, models, and workflows while maintaining quality controls.
• Strong knowledge of content lifecycle management.
• Experience using user insights and data to enhance content effectiveness.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable navigating between strategic thinking and practical execution in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in leading teams, including providing direction, delivering constructive feedback, and ensuring accountability among internal or external contributors for results.
• Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive content principles.
• Desirable: Experience in managing multilingual content and localization processes.
• Desirable: Background in clinical trials or another regulated industry.
• Desirable: Financial insight into content creation or prior experience with P&L or cost management.
• Desirable: Experience in UX writing or information architecture.
• Desirable: Experience managing or configuring a Content Management System.
• Desirable: Experience designing content for a wide range of age groups.
• Desirable: Knowledge of behavior change, patient education, or health literacy principles.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
