This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Establish and manage scaled content services for enterprise clients from the design of service models through to go-live, stabilization, and handover.
• Work within forward-deployed client teams alongside production leads, creative teams, agencies, and platform owners.
• Engage directly in intake queues, production schedules, and review cycles while reengineering live processes.
• Map out the comprehensive content lifecycle and organizational structure.
• Identify breakdowns and constraints related to peak capacity.
• Develop target-state service models, decision-making rights, and governance structures.
• Create measurement frameworks and baselines for cycle time, first-pass approval rate, reuse rate, cost per asset, on-time delivery, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Formulate activation plans with designated owners and establish operating infrastructure.
• Allocate resources and onboard teams; oversee cutovers; ensure stabilization of post-launch services.
• Redesign operating models to incorporate AI-native capabilities while redefining workflows, roles, decision-making rights, and handoffs.
• Collaborate with engineers and creative technologists to develop content stacks.
• Codify standards, ensure brand compliance, and facilitate legal reviews for machine consumption.
• Prototype utilizing prompts, lightweight tools, and internal solutions prior to scaling engineering efforts.
• Manage relationships with VPs and C-suite executives, as well as cross-functional delivery teams.
• Act as a liaison between brand/growth objectives and production capacity/craft limitations.
• Lead delivery pods, including the management of casting and offshore/partner capacity.
• Influence commercial strategy, conduct workshops and steering reviews, and transform engagements into reusable accelerators, methods, and offerings.
• Cultivate thought leadership and develop case studies.
• Foster partnerships with Adobe, Pencil, Typeface, and other platform/ecosystem stakeholders.
• Set standards for comprehensive, AI-fluent, embedded content operations delivery.
• 10-15 years of experience in content operations, creative production, marketing operations, consulting, or transformation delivery, with significant time spent both advising and executing.
• Strong understanding of the content creation process at an enterprise scale.
• Proven ability to deliver results in enterprise settings.
• Experience in establishing pipelines, methods, or production capabilities that endure beyond the initial engagement.
• Commercial acumen to shape scopes, develop capacity models, defend margins, and expand accounts through evidence-based growth.
• Background that bridges creative production or studio operations with consulting or transformation work.
• Direct experience in launching a service, studio, shared service center, or production pod from design to go-live and stabilization.
• Proficient understanding of the transition lifecycle and the entry and exit criteria at each stage.
• Practical experience with resource allocation, knowledge transfer, readiness testing, phased ramp, SLA baseline establishment, and transition closure.
• Demonstrated success in driving adoption within organizations resistant to change.
• Strong inclination towards execution.
• Ability to break down a content workflow into demand, capacity, quality gates, automation, and human-in-the-loop steps that can sustain high volume.
• Commitment to achieving outcomes.
• Comfort with ambiguity.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Willingness to travel within the US (20-30%) (listed as NICE TO HAVE).
