This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and advocate for product strategies and visions throughout client interactions, while motivating and guiding internal teams to realize that vision.

• Collect and evaluate feedback from customers, stakeholders, teams, and various research methods to inform requirements, features, and final products.

• Formulate product plans and roadmaps with endorsement from executive stakeholders.

• Prepare, review, present, and sustain product requirements documents that encompass client, business, UX, design, technical, and non-functional specifications.

• Coordinate product releases and prioritize tasks based on anticipated business value.

• Establish measurement plans and suggest methods for tracking product usage and user impact using analytical tools.

• Ensure that requirements are met as specified, manage defects until resolution, and evaluate launch readiness.

• Propose expansions for product base and vision grounded in data and research insights.

• Enhance ROI through delivering business and customer value via consultative recommendations.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients and third-party vendors.


⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to pinpoint projects, initiatives, and epics necessary to achieve business objectives.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and expectation management skills.

• Capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and convert business, UX, and design needs into technical specifications.

• Proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships.

• Familiarity with backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmapping.

• Skill in facilitating workshops to define strategies and align solutions.

• Knowledge of Sports & Entertainment design.

• Understanding of HTML and Next.js processes.

• Comprehensive understanding of accessibility standards, particularly WCAG 2.2.

• High proficiency in accessibility assessment tools and software.

• Creative leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work hours aligned with PT (Pacific Timezone).
