Senior Product Builder, Organizational Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop Vanta's cross-source intelligence layer to ensure organizational data is easily queryable, interpretable, and actionable.

• Define the product scope, prioritize trade-offs, and take ownership of the delivery sequence.

• Deliver prototypes, internal tools, and agent workflows directly.

• Engage with GTM, G&A, and EPD teams to identify unresolved organizational inquiries.

• Identify and resolve AI-related quality issues before they escalate.

• Enhance the Signal Collection and EPD OS infrastructure.

• Drive organizational behavior through delivered products and effective communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven, recent, and delivered experience with LLM tooling.

• Quick learner.

• Experience in building with AI and adapting AI architectural strategies.

• Capacity to independently scope ambiguous challenges and make necessary trade-offs.

• Ability to discern when to work autonomously versus when to collaborate with an engineer.

• Experience in recognizing and tackling AI quality issues, including reliability, cost, latency, edge cases, and drift.

• Skill in identifying root causes and considering secondary and tertiary effects.

• A curious mindset, eagerness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly.

• A computer science degree is not mandatory.
