This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +13 more states.
• Establish the analytical strategy and narrative for clinician engagement with the VisualDx platform.
• Set KPIs and measurement frameworks for product areas, initiatives, feature releases, and campaigns.
• Design and manage a continuous clinician feedback program, which includes user recruitment, scheduling, synthesis, and distribution of insights.
• Evaluate product usage, retention, feature adoption, session behavior, and engagement across individual subscriptions and institutional licenses.
• Identify differences among cohorts, engagement drivers, growth opportunities, friction points, and user interventions.
• Integrate clinician feedback with quantitative data to guide roadmap priorities, strategic initiatives, and go-to-market strategies.
• Assess the complete user journey from marketing awareness to product discovery, feature engagement, and subscription or licensing decisions.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service reporting tools.
• Conduct cohort, funnel, and segmentation analyses.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and go-to-market teams on feature instrumentation and campaigns.
• Proactively present insights, challenge assumptions using data, and offer recommendations.
• Share findings and recommendations with leadership for strategic planning and roadmap decisions.
• Clearly communicate technical and data details to non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, user research, or a similar analytical role.
• Proven experience in owning critical business metrics or initiatives and defining KPIs and measurement frameworks.
• Demonstrated history of designing and managing dashboards, research cadences, or reporting systems.
• Proficient SQL skills with the ability to work with event data, telemetry, and imperfect instrumentation.
• Capability to transform ambiguous product questions into structured analyses and actionable insights.
• Experience in analyzing adoption, engagement, funnel metrics, cohorts, and usage patterns.
• Clear communication of analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong product instinct centered on clinician workflows and user friction.
• Comfortable collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, and go-to-market teams.
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows, clinical decision support, or enterprise SaaS is preferred.
• Experience with multi-channel or dual go-to-market models is preferred.
• Background in designing and analyzing A/B tests or other experiments is preferred.
• Understanding of modern analytics platforms and BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, or Mixpanel is preferred.
• Ability to proactively utilize AI tools while maintaining the quality of AI-assisted work.
• Quick learner of new domains.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Must reside in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.
• Availability to work during Eastern Time business hours.
