This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of A/B test design and analysis while collaborating with product managers to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Collaborate with the growth team throughout the entire experimentation process, which includes idea generation, prioritization, opportunity sizing, experiment design, analysis, and applying insights.
• Examine user behavior and explore anomalies to gain insights into business changes.
• Work alongside product and engineering teams on feature launches, measurement strategies, success metrics, and tracking events.
• Deliver data and insights to inform business decisions and communicate results to the wider company and leadership team.
• Streamline recurring workflows while ensuring the quality of insights remains intact.
• Create new datasets and pipelines while assisting in the upkeep and enhancement of existing data infrastructure.
• Partner with data, growth, product, and engineering teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Minimum of 4 years in a product analyst or similar capacity.
• In-depth understanding of statistical methodologies for A/B testing, encompassing experiment design and results analysis.
• A strong sense of curiosity and comfort with uncertainty.
• Capability to assess speed versus accuracy trade-offs and suggest effective problem-solving strategies.
• Proficient in collaborating with both technical and non-technical partners, translating requirements into actionable tasks.
• Skill in articulating technical subjects and obstacles to non-technical stakeholders.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, including table creation, window functions, and producing clear, concise code.
• Familiarity with a modern analytics stack.
• Experience with Amplitude and Statsig.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, DBT, Hex, and Omni.
• Fluency in AI and the ability to identify suitable and potentially erroneous applications of AI.
• Experience in consumer subscription analytics (preferred).
• Background in an early-stage, high-growth startup (preferred).
