This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary FP&A partner for designated Product sub-departments, responsible for financial planning and management related to operating expenses and headcount.
• Oversee annual planning, monthly and quarterly forecasts, as well as continuous budget management.
• Collaborate with business leaders to assess investments, prioritize trade-offs, and assist in resource allocation decisions.
• Manage variance analysis for OpEx and headcount, providing insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning, scenario analysis, and ad hoc decision-making.
• Assist with headcount planning and monitoring.
• Create materials for management reviews and business partner meetings.
• Identify and implement enhancements in financial processes, reporting, and automation.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A or a comparable analytical finance role.
• Exceptional financial modeling capabilities and analytical rigor.
• Proficient in constructing clean, auditable models and extracting insights from complex data inputs.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Proven history of establishing trusted business partnerships.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and establish structure.
• An AI-first mindset with the capability to leverage AI for enhanced analysis and process improvement.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office for financial models, reporting, and presentations.
• Experience in supporting a Product, Engineering, or technology-driven organization (preferred).
• Familiarity with headcount-intensive OpEx environments and HC planning processes (preferred).
• Experience using Anaplan, Looker, NetSuite, or similar platforms (preferred).
• Background in implementing process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled workflows (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent experience (preferred).
• MBA (preferred).
• Candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones are preferred.
