Senior Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist the category buyer for Hygiene and Cleaning in the execution of commercial agreements.

• Oversee, track, and follow up on standard and promotional orders.

• Evaluate exceptions and parameters.

• Create and track reports and KPIs, addressing stock availability and excess inventory at stores and distribution centers (DCs).

• Engage in discussions with suppliers during meetings.

• Monitor and rectify price discrepancies.

• Examine purchase requisitions.

• Ensure, regulate, and oversee the replenishment of products stored in DCs, adhering to suitable lead times and quantities.

• Modify replenishment parameters as necessary.

• Generate information to aid in purchasing decisions, profitability, competitiveness, sales, margins, and inventory management.

• Register and update records of suppliers, products, and commercial contracts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

• Retail experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with retail products is preferred.
