Senior Process Manager, Consultant, Process Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business processes, organizational frameworks, and roles

• Discover opportunities for enhancement, standardization, and automation

• Create target processes, organizational structures, and transformation strategies

• Organize and lead workshops with business units, executives, and management

• Spot opportunities to utilize automation and artificial intelligence

• Assist in the implementation of digital solutions and ensure the sustainable adoption of new operational methods

• Work collaboratively with technology experts and subject-matter specialists

• Provide guidance to executive management, department leaders, and business units

• Oversee intricate digitalization and transformation initiatives

• Present findings, recommendations, and proposals for decisions to management

• Further refine methodologies, best practices, and consulting services

• Aid in presales activities and workshops, contributing to the growth of the AI & Processes sector

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in process management, organizational management, or transformation

• Proven experience in analyzing and enhancing business processes

• Background in leading workshops and projects

• Familiarity with digitalization, automation, and contemporary technologies

• Strong consulting and communication abilities at both specialist and management tiers

• Experience with process mining or process modeling tools

• Proficiency in the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Copilot

• Knowledge of organizational development and change management principles

• Experience in consulting or IT service environments

• Understanding of AI-driven process optimization

• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
