Senior Process Improvement Professional, Procurement Digital & AI Enablement

📋 Description

• Oversee enterprise-wide procurement systems, processes, digital transformation, and initiatives powered by AI.

• Align technology capabilities with business strategy to enhance operational efficiency and facilitate scalable intelligent automation.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.

• Design, implement, and manage innovative procurement solutions.

• Spearhead comprehensive transformation across procurement systems, including Zip Intake & Orchestration, Icertis Contract Management, Terzo.ai, SpendHQ, and AI-enabled sourcing tools.

• Propel procurement system optimization, integration, and innovative advancements.

• Establish business technical strategies and influence strategic direction with significant autonomy.

• Execute complex initiatives that bolster enterprise modernization and AI integration.

• Integrate AI capabilities into business operations.

• Maintain governance, risk management, compliance, and adherence to enterprise standards.

• Develop a scalable transformation roadmap that aligns with organizational objectives.

• Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training, meetings, and team engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of technical experience.

• Proven experience in digital transformation and modernization of enterprise systems.

• Experience in implementing and managing AI/ML solutions throughout their lifecycle.

• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, including risk management, compliance, auditability, and ethical AI considerations.

• Expertise in process analysis, workflow optimization, and intelligent automation.

• Proficiency in procurement systems such as Icertis, ZipHQ, Globality, Terzo, SpendHQ, and Oracle.

• Experience with system configuration, integration, and documentation processes.

• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience in deploying AI solutions within procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and contracting functions.

• Knowledge of integrating AI into procurement workflows, particularly Source-to-Contract (S2C).

• Understanding of digital transformation in procurement, including automation, digital contracting, and supplier collaboration tools.

• Ability to identify and amplify high-impact AI use cases within procurement.

• Capacity to align AI initiatives with procurement objectives such as cost savings, compliance, supply continuity, and innovation.

• Awareness of AI risk, governance, and regulatory requirements, including supplier and third-party risk management.

• Familiarity with procurement systems and data, including ERP, e-sourcing tools, and contract repositories.

• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder influence skills.

• A critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

• Adaptability and leadership in navigating complex environments.

• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• Agile/PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

• Experience in leading large-scale digital or AI transformation initiatives is preferred.

• Familiarity with procurement AI platforms is preferred.

• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload is required.

• Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.

• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Eastern Time, with some flexibility based on business needs.
