This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, emphasizing compliance and efficient documentation, which includes verification and preparation of employment packages.
• Take ownership of the complete employee onboarding lifecycle to ensure operational requirements are met for a seamless experience.
• Respond to employee inquiries throughout the onboarding journey.
• Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.
• Manage and safeguard employee data, ensuring accuracy, security, and adherence to confidentiality regulations.
• Participate in reporting, audits, and projects related to data integrity.
• Recognize and advocate for automation opportunities to optimize onboarding processes and enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Report directly to the Manager of Onboarding Operations.
• Solid experience in operational roles, with a comprehensive understanding of people operations; experience in employment and legal contracting is essential.
• Expertise in managing employment contracts and other legally binding documents, especially in the HR or people management sector.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments, preferably within startups or rapidly growing companies.
• High proficiency in business-level written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and clarity in both documentation and communication.
• Proficient in utilizing various collaboration tools for effective asynchronous work.
• Capacity to learn and adapt to new and evolving systems.
• Capability to work independently as well as within a fast-paced, international remote team.
• Skill in balancing multiple priorities effectively.
• Willingness to maintain flexible hours to accommodate global needs as necessary.
• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Google Workspace (G-Suite), or similar platforms.
• Expertise in organizing, maintaining, and updating knowledge and content resources.
