Trilingual Operations Analyst – Pharmaceutical Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee operational KPIs

• Create both quantitative and qualitative reports, perform analyses, and develop effective action plans

• Deliver presentations on results

• Offer operational support in all areas

• Recommend enhancements to resolve issues, streamline processes, and provide feedback to operations and the contracting client

• Validate and modify new processes for operational application

• Set objectives and establish communication and adherence plans for employees

• Continuously assess processes post-implementation

• Evaluate employee performance against established objectives and make necessary adjustments in collaboration with the direct manager

• Assist and support the B2B client and the Commercial team

• Foster relationships and collaborate with various departments

• Transform data into actionable strategies and promote ongoing process improvement

⛳️ Requirements

• Enrollment in or completion of higher education is advantageous (not mandatory)

• Achieve a performance evaluation score of 100 or above (Good Performer)

• Fulfill the minimum tenure requirement in the current role as per policy NI-002

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is preferred, such as SAP, Totvs, Senior, Linx, or platforms with order-processing capabilities

• Bilingual in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken)

• Intermediate proficiency in French (written or spoken)

• Dynamic individual with a sense of urgency and agility in task execution

• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team

• High commitment level and professional accountability

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail

• Not eligible if currently an intern or apprentice

• Time to Talk rating of Good or higher

• Must comply with minimum company and current-role tenure requirements outlined for the position
