This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Take full ownership of P&L for the region, encompassing labor, supplies, and expense management.
• Drive performance in alignment with the budget while maximizing impact for patients and clients.
• Advocate for operational discipline, quality, safety, and infection control across health centers.
• Lead the implementation of standardized performance-monitoring systems and tools, including online audits and in-person evaluations.
• Drive satisfaction goals for patients, clients, and teammates.
• Address concerns from patients and teammates with an emphasis on resolution and continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective collaboration between clinical and operational team members.
• Provide leadership in compliance with governmental, accreditation, and other regulations as well as company policies.
• Coordinate health center workflows and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Recruit, develop, lead, train, coach, and manage clinical team members.
• Establish goals and expectations for direct reports and hold the team accountable for results.
• Oversee staffing levels and coverage within the centers.
• Collaborate with the onboarding team for new center launches.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports.
• Maintain timely and professional communication while fostering positive working relationships.
• Organize team meetings, daily huddles, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Drive visit volume, engagement, and participation rates throughout the region.
• Participate in educational and enrollment initiatives aimed at acquiring and engaging new patient members.
• Optimize health center schedules to enhance practice efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• A minimum of 5–7 years of leadership experience with a proven track record in healthcare operations, multisite services, or a similar industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in developing and building effective teams.
• Proven full P&L responsibility for a large business unit or division.
• Expertise in building and leading high-performing teams across clinical, operational, and business functions.
• A passion for patient-centered care and engaging teammates.
• Exceptional client-facing skills with a strong ability to cultivate and maintain executive-level partnerships.
• Solid financial acumen, strategic thinking, and business judgment.
• Proven ability to excel in a matrixed, fast-paced, and high-accountability environment.
• Experience in value-based healthcare, employer-sponsored healthcare, or population health management is preferred.
• Candidates must reside in West Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, or Tennessee.
