This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee the onboarding procedures for new hires, ensuring compliance and smooth documentation.
• Verify and organize employment documentation.
• Take full responsibility for the entire employee onboarding process while meeting operational standards.
• Respond to employee inquiries throughout the onboarding journey.
• Collaborate with teams in Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll.
• Identify and implement enhancements to the onboarding experience.
• Manage and protect employee data, ensuring accuracy, security, and adherence to confidentiality standards.
• Contribute to reporting, audits, and projects related to data integrity.
• Recognize and advocate for automation opportunities to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Report directly to the Manager of Onboarding Operations.
• Solid background in operational roles, with a comprehensive understanding of people operations; experience in employment and legal contracting is essential.
• Expertise in managing employment contracts and similar legally binding documents, particularly in the HR or people management field.
• Experience in dynamic, cross-functional environments, preferably within startups or rapidly growing companies.
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English at a business level.
• Strong attention to detail and clarity in documentation and communication.
• Proficient in utilizing collaboration tools for effective asynchronous work.
• Capacity to learn and adapt to new and evolving systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a global, fast-paced, remote team.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities while supporting global needs with flexible hours.
• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace (G-Suite) or similar platforms.
• Proficient in organizing, maintaining, and updating knowledge and content resources.
