Senior Process Improvement Engineer – LSSBB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and enhance operational processes within the organization.

• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to optimize workflows, minimize waste, and boost performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement process improvements.

• Track results and ensure the longevity of enhancements.

• Assist with process improvement initiatives for Sentara Health Plan, which offers health plan coverage along with commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and various member programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is REQUIRED.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement or healthcare management is REQUIRED.

• Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt (LSSBB) is highly preferred.

• Experience with health plans is highly preferred.

• Must be available to work from 8 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

• Residency in one of the eligible states: Virginia, North Carolina, Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
