Senior Process Automation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create automations utilizing RPA platforms such as UiPath, Python, and Power Automate

• Engage in technical evaluations and comprehensive requirements gathering for process automation

• Convert business rules into scalable, maintainable automated workflows

• Build reusable components and automation libraries

• Oversee automation execution in production settings

• Diagnose failures and manage incidents related to automations

• Conduct root cause analyses and apply corrective and preventive measures

• Promote continuous enhancements to existing bots

• Develop integrations with APIs, databases, ERPs, CRMs, and enterprise applications

• Implement information exchange frameworks between internal and external systems

• Safeguard the security and integrity of data processed by automations

• Adhere to the development, documentation, and governance standards established by the organization

• Produce technical documentation, operational manuals, and support procedures

• Participate in technical evaluations and user acceptance testing

• Proficiency in UiPath

• Proficient in Python

• Knowledge of Pegasystems

• Familiarity with Java

• Experience with integrations through APIs and enterprise systems

• Understanding of documentation, governance, and software quality best practices
