Senior RPA Developer – Blue Prism

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Comprehend business workflows and determine the most effective approach for automating them

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automations predominantly utilizing Blue Prism

• Create solutions adhering to best practices concerning architecture, security, performance, reusability, and maintainability

• Establish and manage Business Objects, Processes, Work Queues, Environment Variables, Credentials, and reusable components within Blue Prism

• Develop structured exception handling, retry mechanisms, logging, and automation recovery processes

• Oversee modifications identified during development, testing, user acceptance testing, and production, ensuring compliance with requirements

• Engage in code reviews to ensure the technical quality of the solutions

• Recognize opportunities for improvement, optimization, and enhancement of automation stability

• Collaborate with business, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams throughout the entire solution life cycle


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in developing RPA solutions utilizing Blue Prism

• In-depth knowledge of Process Studio, Object Studio, Application Modeller, Work Queues, Exception Handling, Retry and Recovery, Credentials, Environment Variables, Schedules, Control Room, and Release Management

• Experience in automating web, desktop, Excel, SAP, and legacy applications

• Familiarity with integrations through APIs, Web Services, or databases

• Capability to create reusable components, objects, and functions

• Understanding of RPA development best practices, version control, and governance

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Strong analytical skills and a critical view of business processes

• Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban (Jira)

• Ability to suggest technical and process enhancements based on analysis and requirements gathering

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, particularly Power Automate Desktop and Cloud, is advantageous
