Senior Technical Consultant – Microsoft Power Platform Automation, BPM/RPA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Evaluate UiPath automation portfolios and establish migration inventories along with complexity-scoring models.

• Create migration roadmaps and transform UiPath workflows into Power Platform designs.

• Construct Power Automate cloud flows utilizing standard, premium, and custom connectors.

• Integrate SharePoint, Teams, SQL, ERP systems, and Azure services.

• Develop attended and unattended Power Automate Desktop flows for Windows, web, Citrix, Excel, PDF, and legacy applications.

• Design orchestration, error-handling, retry, and resilience patterns.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and process owners to document workflows and establish measurable automation outcomes.

• Execute API- and connector-based integrations, manage credentials securely, and ensure compliance with governance and data-loss prevention protocols.

• Prepare solutions for Azure DevOps deployment pipelines and conduct functional, regression, and side-by-side testing.

• Oversee cutover planning, provide go-live support, monitoring, and root-cause troubleshooting.

• Maintain technical documentation, engage in Agile ceremonies, and mentor junior developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in business process automation, RPA, workflow, or enterprise integration.

• More than 3 years of hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop.

• Extensive experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.

• Demonstrated experience in migrating or redesigning UiPath automations using the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Experience with both attended and unattended RPA solutions.

• Practical experience with connectors, custom connectors, and Dataverse.

• Familiarity with APIs, REST, JSON, XML, SQL, and various authentication methods.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, and release pipelines.

• Proficiency in business-level English.
