Senior Process Automation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create automations utilizing RPA platforms such as UiPath, Python, and Power Automate.

• Engage in technical evaluations and comprehensive requirements gathering for process automation.

• Convert business rules into scalable and maintainable automated workflows.

• Build reusable components and automation libraries.

• Oversee automation execution in production settings.

• Diagnose failures and manage incidents related to automations.

• Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive measures.

• Propel ongoing enhancements to existing bots.

• Develop integrations with APIs, databases, ERPs, CRMs, and enterprise applications.

• Establish information exchange mechanisms between internal and external systems.

• Safeguard the security and integrity of data processed by automations.

• Adhere to the development, documentation, and governance standards set by the organization.

• Create technical documentation, operating manuals, and support protocols.

• Take part in technical reviews and user acceptance testing activities.

• Proficiency in UiPath.

• Experience with Python.

• Knowledge of Pegasystems.

• Familiarity with Java.

• Experience in integrations through APIs and enterprise systems.
