This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in managing medium to large-scale change initiatives that involve impacts on people, processes, and technology.
• Utilize PROSCI change management methodologies and tools.
• Create and execute change management strategies and plans aimed at maximizing employee engagement, enhancing organizational performance, and boosting operational efficiency.
• Incorporate change management activities into project planning.
• Offer subject matter expertise, coaching, and support to designated teams.
• Perform change management evaluations, including impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and stakeholder identification.
• Formulate suitable plans and countermeasures.
• Identify, evaluate, and prepare risk mitigation strategies, including approaches to address expected resistance to change.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to synchronize efforts and fulfill objectives.
• Determine communication and training requirements and collaborate with key partners to devise plans.
• Establish success metrics and track progress towards goals across the change management portfolio.
• Suggest improvements.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, digital transformation consulting, and facilitating large-scale business transformation projects, or a Master’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in supporting medium to large-scale change management initiatives within a large organization.
• Hands-on experience with organizational design and change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Strong comprehension of human behavior, including a human-centered design approach, with extensive implementation experience.
• Practical experience in project management and acting as the change management subject matter expert on project teams.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Ability to collaborate, lead, and establish rapport at all organizational levels, including with C-level executives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Change Management certification is highly desirable, such as Prosci or another recognized CM designation.
• Previous experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector or at a large consulting firm with significant implementation experience is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship may be necessary for government clearance and certain other restricted roles.
