Senior Principal Digital Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee, guide, and nurture a team of finance-oriented IFS support specialists.

• Lead or coordinate projects that transition sites' financial data from legacy ERP systems to IFS.

• Customize and enhance business processes to align with standard IFS functionalities.

• Carry out testing, validation, and training for end-users at new locations utilizing IFS Finance modules.

• Assess, recommend, design, and create engaging and effective digital products.

• Assist in improving existing systems to boost end-user adoption and address business needs.

• Identify requirements and enhance the usability of digital products through intuitive workflows, testing, and prototyping.

• Serve as the primary liaison for development and support analysts who assist other areas of the business.

• Ensure effective communication and successful resolution of issues.

• Keep track of technology and business trends, user preferences, and the potential to implement new technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's Degree and 10-12 years of experience OR a combination of relevant education and/or experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Understanding of compatibility testing, functional requirements, IT operations, IT performance management, process mapping, requirements analysis, system development life cycle, system documentation, system integration testing, system integrations, systems analysis, systems modeling, technical specification design, and diagramming software.

• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems, particularly in finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Projects).

• Familiarity with the functioning and operation of an ERP financial system.

• Strong experience in both production support and the implementation of ERP solutions.

• Ability to remain in a seated position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
