Senior Pricing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee pricing strategies for intricate and large-scale IT services contracts

• Create competitive pricing frameworks that align with client value and industry standards

• Develop financial models that encompass costs, revenues, and profitability

• Formulate and implement fixed, time-and-materials, subscription, and outcome-based pricing structures

• Convert solutions into measurable business value

• Utilize AI and analytics to enhance pricing insights and automate processes

• Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Delivery, and Finance

• Ensure compliance, governance, and ongoing process enhancement

• Assist in significant bids and deal negotiations

• Work alongside Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, and Finance teams on commercial modeling and pricing strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, bid finance, or deal desk

• Background in the IT services or technology industry

• Demonstrated experience in supporting large bids and deal negotiations

• Knowledge of AI within a business setting, including GenAI, Copilot, or analytics tools

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

• Qualification for any necessary U.S. Government authorizations under U.S. export control laws

• Advanced financial modeling proficiency in Excel

• Strong grasp of cost drivers and pricing mechanisms

• Familiarity with AI and the ability to utilize automation tools

• Commercial acumen and strategic mindset

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
