This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and coordinate pricing and promotion changes in Vistaar independently.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Finance, and distributors to ensure prompt execution and accurate pricing information.
• Develop, implement, and uphold internal control procedures for pricing and promotion system data.
• Create, execute, and maintain analytical tools, processes, systems, and reporting.
• Assess volume, revenue, and profit performance against key performance indicators.
• Analyze pricing actions and strategies, providing recommendations for enhancements.
• Conduct effectiveness analyses both pre- and post-promotion.
• Investigate PPM variances, identify root causes, and prepare reports on key drivers, risks, and suggested actions.
• Offer analytical decision support for the Wine & Spirits portfolio.
• Revise management reports and provide insights to Finance and Revenue Growth Management leadership.
• Address ad hoc requests from Finance and Revenue Growth Management leadership.
• Develop and refine Revenue Growth Management capabilities and best practices.
• Assess new methodologies, frameworks, processes, and data sources.
• Engage in pricing training and Revenue Growth Management development initiatives.
• Operate within company control systems to protect assets and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Predictive Analytics, or a related field.
• Over 4 years of experience in pricing, revenue growth management, finance, sales analytics, or a comparable analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in developing analytical tools, reports, and executive-level presentations.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, Circana Unify, or similar tools.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and recurring processes independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in communicating financial and analytical concepts to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Finance, Sales, Brand, and other business partners, influencing decisions through data-driven insights.
• Experience operating within established controls, validating data accuracy, and maintaining the integrity of financial or commercial systems.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods and work on a computer for long durations.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now and in the future.
• Lifting may be necessary.
• Preferred: experience in the alcohol beverage, consumer packaged goods, or related industry.
• Preferred: experience in Revenue Growth Management, pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness, or promotion analytics.
• Preferred: knowledge of 3-tier alcohol beverage pricing methodologies, processes, and distributor structures.
• Preferred: experience using Vistaar or a comparable pricing or promotion management system.
• Preferred: experience analyzing volume, revenue, profit, promotional ROI, or PPM performance.
• Preferred: experience supporting pricing execution across Sales, Finance, distributors, or other external business partners.
