This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Enhance commercial excellence and improve operational efficiency throughout the organization.
• Streamline sales processes.

• Oversee a successful team.
• Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, finance, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies that support growth.
• Ensure operational excellence.
• Conduct data analysis and modeling.
• Manage dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide strategic direction.
• Lead teams and projects.
• BS/Masters Degree with a preference for 12 years of experience in sales operations, commercial excellence, or related business functions.
• Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Industry certifications in sales operations, project management, or process improvement methodologies are valued.
• At least 3 years of experience in people management, leading cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com, and business intelligence tools.
• Strong expertise in sales performance analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Proven ability to design and implement sales incentive programs and compensation structures.
• Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional skills in data analysis, visualization, and presenting insights to executive audiences.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to oversee multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Documented success in collaborating effectively within a matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies.
• Willingness to travel 2-3 times a year or as needed.
• Understanding of compliance requirements and business process governance.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in change management and organizational development.
• Ability to influence and foster relationships across all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and database tools is preferred.
• Foreign language skills are valued but not mandatory.
• Must be a US resident in the EST or CST time zones.
