Senior Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and execution of pricing strategies for deals across all business divisions.

• Create and implement new pricing models and templates while improving existing ones.

• Work closely with Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development Executives, Finance, Operations, and senior leadership to establish proposal pricing.

• Refine cost estimates and aid in drafting pricing narratives.

• Develop and maintain standardized pricing detail templates for various service lines and regions.

• Analyze historical pricing and revenue data while generating reports and data visualizations.

• Utilize both internal and external data sources to enhance pricing strategies.

• Monitor and report on pricing performance for current clients, identifying trends and opportunities.

• Implement pricing data projects that support the Revenue organization.

• Oversee multiple projects and tasks while adhering to tight deadlines and accommodating last-minute changes.

• Achieve or surpass related KPI performance objectives.

• Stay informed on pricing strategy, revenue management, and data analysis best practices.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a role focused on strategic pricing, revenue management, or data analysis.

• At least two (2) years of experience in pricing architecture or a comparable function.

• Strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting skills.

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, including the ability to build, navigate, and audit complex financial models.

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong adherence to processes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

• Capable of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.

• Willingness to work flexible hours to support a global organization.

• A Master's degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant supervisory experience is preferred.

• Experience in the BPO industry is preferred; candidates with backgrounds in Consulting or Financial Services will also be considered.
