This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of pricing strategies for deals across all sectors of the business.
• Design and deploy new pricing models and templates while enhancing current ones.
• Partner with Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development Executives, Finance, Operations, and executive leadership to understand proposal requirements and deliver pricing support.
• Fine-tune estimates and aid in the composition of pricing narratives.
• Develop and sustain standard pricing detail templates for various service lines and geographic areas.
• Examine historical revenue and pricing data, generating reports and data visualizations.
• Utilize both internal and external data sources to optimize pricing strategies.
• Monitor and report on pricing performance for current clients, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Execute pricing data initiatives that support the Revenue organization.
• Oversee multiple projects and tasks while adhering to tight deadlines and accommodating last-minute changes.
• Achieve or surpass performance targets related to KPIs.
• Continue enhancing knowledge of pricing strategy, revenue management, and data analysis best practices.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Demonstrated experience in a role focused on strategic pricing, revenue management, or data analysis.
• At least two (2) years of experience in pricing architecture or a related area, with an emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including the creation, navigation, and auditing of complex financial models.
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting timelines.
• Flexibility to work varying hours to support a global organization.
• A Master's degree (e.g., MBA) or several years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience in the BPO industry is preferred; candidates from Consulting or Financial Services sectors will also be considered.
