This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Comprehend the business drivers and decision-making motivations of customers.
β’ Link Everpure and ecosystem technology solutions to quantifiable customer business results.
β’ Collaborate with account managers, specialists, and channel partners to promote revenue growth and acquire new business.
β’ Offer technical guidance and domain expertise on storage products, distributed storage architectures, file systems, as well as competitive DAS, NAS, and SAN solutions.
β’ Conduct evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations.
β’ Create and present technical product and architecture presentations to customers and prospective clients.
β’ Gather requirements and transform customer business needs into innovative solutions.
β’ Encourage interoperability, functional testing, and performance validation opportunities.
β’ Advocate for roadmap and planning discussions.
β’ Work in conjunction with product and technical marketing on whitepapers and online presentations.
β’ Keep abreast of competitive knowledge and distinct solution positioning.
β’ Foster thought leadership based on market trends and the competitive landscape.

β’ Experience in pre-sales is mandatory.
β’ At least 5 years of relevant experience in technology, design, and communications is required.
β’ Preferred experience in supporting sales for enterprise storage, networking, systems, cloud, or software to enterprise accounts.
β’ Profound understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions.
β’ Familiarity with modern web architecture, such as LAMP stack, scale-out versus scale-up architectures, AWS Well-Architected Framework, and microservices architecture.
β’ Proven experience in targeting new prospects and converting them into clients.
β’ Experience in contributing to or leading RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses.
β’ Extensive knowledge of storage architectures, including FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, and SAN.
β’ Experience with Linux, NFS file systems, and Linux distributed network environments.
β’ Knowledge in installing/configuring distributed computing, multiprocessing, virtual memory, storage subsystems, shared memory, cache, and windowing systems architectures.
β’ Understanding of Cloud Native architecture, On-Prem, Public Cloud, Provisioning Automation, and Containers.
β’ Familiarity with VMware, Local Area Networking, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and general networking concepts.
β’ Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, containers, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures is advantageous.
β’ Familiarity with storage-intensive applications such as structured databases, SQL, and Oracle is highly desirable.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
