This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.
β’ Assist U.S. Air Force and federal defense clients by transforming mission and technology needs into cutting-edge data-storage solutions.
β’ Act as a reliable technical consultant throughout the sales journey.
β’ Collaborate with account managers, specialists, channel partners, and clients to showcase secure, scalable, and measurable business results.
β’ Gain insights into the missions, priorities, technical frameworks, and decision-making criteria of federal clients.
β’ Link Everpure solutions and ecosystem technologies to enterprise storage, distributed architectures, file systems, cloud, and modernization efforts.
β’ Formulate account strategies, create seamless customer interactions, stimulate revenue growth, and cultivate new business opportunities.
β’ Oversee technical evaluations, benchmarks, proofs of concept, and system configurations.
β’ Develop and present technical discussions and architectural presentations.
β’ Offer technical guidance across DAS, NAS, SAN, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and software-defined or distributed storage environments.
β’ Gather customer requirements and pinpoint opportunities for interoperability, functional testing, performance validation, roadmap alignment, and collaborative planning.
β’ Contribute to responses for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, while collaborating on customer-facing materials and solution positioning.
β’ Track market trends, competitors, cloud-native architectures, and emerging technologies.

β’ Proven pre-sales experience in supporting enterprise technology clients.
β’ A minimum of five years of relevant experience in technology, solution design, technical communications, or a related discipline.
β’ Experience in selling enterprise storage, networking, systems, cloud, or software solutions to enterprise or federal clients.
β’ Preferred experience with U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense, or other federal agencies.
β’ Strong comprehension of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing architectures, including both scale-out and scale-up environments.
β’ Knowledge of modern cloud-native architectures, on-premises and public-cloud ecosystems, provisioning automation, containers, Kubernetes, and microservices.
β’ Familiarity with storage architectures and protocols such as Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NAS, object-based or software-defined storage, and SAN.
β’ Working knowledge of Linux, NFS file systems, distributed computing environments, VMware, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and general networking principles.
β’ Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and storage-intensive applications like SQL and Oracle databases.
β’ Capability to lead technical discovery, convert business needs into solution architectures, and convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
β’ Experience in targeting new prospects, building relationships, and assisting in converting opportunities into clients.
β’ A sense of curiosity, technical enthusiasm, and the ability to confidently explain and demonstrate emerging platforms and concepts.
