This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Comprehend the business operations of customers and their decision-making factors.
• Link Everpure technology solutions to quantifiable business results for customers.
• Collaborate with account managers, specialists, and channel partners to develop customer strategies that drive revenue growth and acquire new business.
• Provide expert technical guidance and domain knowledge on storage products, distributed storage architectures, file systems, as well as DAS, NAS, and SAN solutions.
• Oversee evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations.
• Create and present technical product and architecture presentations.
• Gather customer requirements and convert business needs into innovative solutions.
• Seek opportunities for interoperability, functional, and performance testing and validation.
• Advocate for roadmap and planning discussions.
• Work alongside product and technical marketing to develop supporting materials such as whitepapers and online presentations.
• Keep an eye on competitors to maintain distinct solution positioning.
• Monitor market trends and foster thought leadership.

• Prior experience in pre-sales is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Preferred experience in supporting enterprise storage, networking, systems, cloud, or software sales to enterprise accounts.
• Profound understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions.
• Knowledge of contemporary web architecture, including LAMP stack, scale-out versus scale-up architectures, AWS Well-Architected Framework, and microservices architecture.
• Previous experience in targeting new prospects and converting them into clients.
• Experience in contributing to or leading RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses.
• Extensive knowledge of storage architectures, including FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, and SAN.
• Familiarity with Linux, NFS file systems, and Linux distributed network environments.
• Experience in installing/configuring distributed computing, multiprocessing, virtual memory subsystems, storage subsystem architectures, shared memory architectures, cache architectures, and windowing systems.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Native architecture, On-Prem, Public Cloud, Provisioning Automation, and Containers.
• Knowledge of VMware, LAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and general networking.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, containers, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with storage-intensive applications and structured databases such as SQL and Oracle is highly desirable.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
