This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Design and execute lead-generation initiatives through webinars, social media platforms, and industry events.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements.
• Evaluate projects and determine their preparedness to leverage Shure’s offerings.
• Analyze and document the business challenges and needs of customers.
• Inform potential clients about Shure’s professional audio products and solutions.
• Create customized proposals that highlight the benefits and value of solutions.
• Achieve or surpass assigned sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee the sales process and monitor opportunities using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and technical teams.
• Keep precise records of prospects, sales activities, and performance metrics in Salesforce CRM.
• Represent Shure at industry events and conferences.
• Assist in personalized end-user engagement initiatives.
• Support senior team members while building technical knowledge and customer-facing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a seasoned professional.
• Extensive technical understanding of audio principles and products.
• Experience in providing audio technical support, audio design, and setting up audio equipment.
• Background or experience in one or two of the following: touring production, theater production, integration, conferencing, broadcasting, or networking.
• Knowledge of industry practices and/or company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Enjoy interacting and building relationships with new people.
• Familiarity with Frequency Coordination and wireless audio systems.
• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and see projects through to completion.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and possess good time management skills.
• Currently eligible to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
