Senior Pre-Sales Solution Architect – Federal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate in both pre-sales and post-sales activities to comprehend customer needs, technical objectives, and operational settings.

• Offer consultative insights and convey our services and best practices to clients.

• Perform customized product demonstrations.

• Provide support at trade shows and conferences to enhance sales initiatives.

• Work alongside the sales team to select and design solutions that meet customer goals.

• Implement and oversee proof-of-concept deployments while troubleshooting any issues that arise.

• Address inbound inquiries regarding products and services, including information requests, proposals, and statements of work.

• Act as a technical advisor and trusted consultant for federal customers, guiding them from proof-of-concept to successful implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US citizen and possess an active TS (Top Secret) security clearance.

• Proven experience collaborating with federal government agencies, with a solid understanding of federal procurement processes, regulations, and policies.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or consultative capacity.

• At least 5 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity.

• Knowledge of the ICS/OT domain, inclusive of protocols, DCS, and SCADA systems.

• Networking expertise with TCP/IP, the OSI model, and the Purdue model.

• Proficiency with Linux CLI, Wireshark/Tshark.

• Familiarity with Elastic, Logstash, and Kibana.

• Experience with Amazon AWS and virtualization technologies like VMWare and Hyper-V.

• Basic scripting abilities in languages such as Python and Lua.

• Excellent skills in presentation, relationship building, and negotiation.

• Willingness to travel frequently, up to 50% of the time.
