This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Serve as the main technical contact for presales initiatives, offering expert support to customers and internal teams.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to comprehend client needs and create customized technology solutions.

• Design and deliver solution architectures, technical proposals, and project timelines that meet customer goals.

• Generate clear, high-quality technical documentation, such as solution summaries, implementation strategies, and design schematics.

• Ensure all proposed solutions adhere to best practices, security protocols, and client specifications.

• Partner with the Head of Presales to create and manage standardized solution libraries, templates, and frameworks.

• Work closely with delivery teams to facilitate a seamless transition from sales to the implementation phase.

• Offer technical training and knowledge sharing to sales and account management teams.

• Proven experience in a Presales Architect, Solution Architect, or a similar technical consulting position within an IT MSP or related sector.

• Strong grasp of contemporary IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, security, and workplace solutions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Modern Workplace solutions.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple presales opportunities simultaneously while ensuring quality and precision.

• Strong skills in documentation and solution design.

• Experience in designing and estimating solutions based on Microsoft Purview.

• Experience in designing networking solutions, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, ZTNA, and SASE.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-100, AZ-104, AZ-140, or their equivalents.

• Fortinet certifications.

• Familiarity with ITIL, project management methodologies, PSA tools, RMM platforms, and standardized solution frameworks.
