This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Manage the technical relationships with CTOs, platform teams, and infrastructure leaders.
• Convert customer regulatory, operational, and organizational limitations into executable architectures.
• Design solutions utilizing Mirantis Container, OpenStack, and Enterprise AI products.
• Direct proof-of-concept initiatives by deploying platforms, prototyping AI workloads, troubleshooting live environments, and showcasing operational processes.
• Present infrastructure solutions to CIOs and platform engineers in various settings such as boardrooms, workshops, and whiteboard sessions.
• Ensure technical continuity from the discovery phase through proof-of-concept and account growth.
• Assist in greenfield projects across regulated industry sectors.
• Collaborate with European enterprise clients, platform engineering teams, and AI experts.
• Provide field insights to Mirantis product and go-to-market teams.
• Aid customers in implementing scalable AI workloads, advanced developer platforms, and Kubernetes-based infrastructures across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• 12 years of combined experience in infrastructure engineering and solutions architecture or sales engineering.
• At least 5 years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting in France or other French-speaking regions of Europe.
• Practical experience in designing or managing Kubernetes and/or OpenStack-based systems in a production environment.
• Demonstrated success supporting enterprise sales cycles for infrastructure or cloud platforms.
• Strong preference for experience managing accounts in regulated sectors (banking/FSI, telecommunications, government, pharmaceuticals/manufacturing).
• Familiarity with GPU orchestration, inferencing, and model serving.
• Capability to deploy clusters, conduct live demonstrations, develop proof-of-concepts, and resolve technical challenges.
• Knowledge of compute, networking, storage, inference, and governance architectures.
• Experience managing accounts in regulated, high-scrutiny settings.
• Proven ability to lead technical evaluations that result in signed agreements.
• Recognized technical authority in regulated enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in French for customer interactions in French-speaking regions of Europe.
