This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Spearhead large-scale, enterprise-wide projects with considerable strategic significance.
• Develop integrated project and program frameworks that encompass multiple objectives, dependencies, and workstreams.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define project scope, outcomes, governance, and strategic direction.
• Foster alignment across clinical, operational, technical, facilities, finance, and vendor teams.
• Guide organizational change management initiatives to support adoption, readiness, and sustainable outcomes.
• Utilize data, project health metrics, and risk assessments to inform executive governance and prioritization choices.
• Oversee project budgets, procurement strategies, statement of work (SOW) creation, vendor selection, and third-party partner performance.
• Assist with initiatives related to construction schedules, regulatory compliance, infrastructure requirements, and operational readiness.
• Mentor and support junior project managers while exemplifying PMO standards and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A master’s degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in project or program management.
• PMP or a comparable project management certification is required.
• Experience in complex healthcare, enterprise, technology, construction, or transformation settings is ideal.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and navigate through uncertainty.
• Proven experience in managing risks, dependencies, budgets, governance forums, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Familiarity with Epic, Oracle, mergers and acquisitions, capital projects, or infrastructure initiatives is highly regarded.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and change leadership capabilities.
