Senior Platform Manager, EDT Solution Delivery AEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive ownership and delivery of Stryker's Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service environment.

• Oversee the AEMaaCS platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle encompassing AEM Sites, AEM Assets/DAM, Dynamic Media, and the AEM Translation Integration Framework.

• Direct architecture governance for component libraries, page templates, blueprint/live-copy configurations, and language-copy rollouts.

• Propel the modernization from AMS to AEMaaCS, reduce technical debt, and promote out-of-the-box adoption.

• Ensure seamless integration between AEM and Workfront, Adobe Analytics, Adobe WebSDK, Marketo, and Adobe Site Optimizer.

• Supervise CI/CD pipelines, uphold code quality standards, manage release schedules, and oversee deployments.

• Collaborate with the AEM AI initiative team to implement generative AI capabilities operationally.

• Ensure adherence to IT QMS, Global Change Control, privacy/consent regulations, and cybersecurity standards.

• Manage, develop, and mentor full-time employees, contractors, and managed-service partners.

• Act as the EDT accountability point for the AEM platform, liaising with Digital Marketing and related stakeholders.

• Take ownership of program schedules, work breakdown structures, and integrated Gantt/roadmap views.

• Implement strategies for quality, risk, and procurement management for AEM projects and programs.

• Ensure effective transitions from build to run and maintain stable production support operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required; alternatively, 6 years of AEM work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in IT and/or digital application development, including leadership experience with people.

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in delivering and operating Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x and/or AEMaaCS) solutions in a global enterprise setting.

• More than 5 years of experience with MSM/translation strategies, DAM architecture, component-based design, and Adobe Analytics.

• At least 2 years of experience managing global system integrators and hybrid onshore/offshore delivery models.

• Preferred 2+ years of experience with the broader Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Target, Real-Time CDP, Commerce).

• Over 5 years of experience with SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and IT QMS/regulatory compliance (privacy, consent).

• A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

• Adobe Certified Expert / Master certification is preferred.

• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.

• Prior experience in the medical device, life sciences, or another regulated industry is preferred.
