Senior Performance & Optimisation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Conduct proactive performance evaluations and customer health assessments during implementation, transition, and live service phases.

• Evaluate pre-go-live readiness encompassing business processes, user adoption, data integrity, and productivity levels.

• Identify potential performance risks and areas for improvement prior to escalation.

• Establish baselines and success metrics aligned with adoption and value realization objectives.

• Analyze adoption and process data post-go-live to suggest actionable enhancements.

• Guide customers on effective AI applications to automate tasks and enhance productivity.

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Consulting, Support, Managed Services, and Product teams to achieve measurable results.

• Develop repeatable playbooks and templates, monitoring their effectiveness.

• Work closely with a Support Specialist and Database Administrator to provide proactive performance insights and optimization capabilities.

• Serve as an advisory partner instead of a mere reactive support escalation point.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in business consulting, operational excellence, customer success, performance optimization, or SaaS/ERP consulting.

• Deep expertise in SaaS, focusing on adoption, value realization, retention, and customer health.

• Proven success in enhancing customer business processes and outcomes.

• Hands-on experience with AI to streamline work processes and achieve measurable outcomes.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and customer executives.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Experience with Power BI or similar tools for reporting and data visualization.

• Practical use of AI productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot.

• Familiarity with ERP, HCM, FP&A, or other related SaaS platforms.

• Skills in business process optimization.

• Expertise in data storytelling.

• Knowledge of change management principles.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Technology, Finance, Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Relevant certifications are advantageous.

• May require security clearance and access to sensitive customer information.
