This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create paid media strategies that align with client business objectives and North Star Metrics.
• Take ownership of forecasting and budget management against quarterly and annual goals.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly review meetings with senior stakeholders, discussing results, tradeoffs, risks, and subsequent actions.
• Guide client discussions toward making decisions, establishing priorities, and confirming next steps.
• Propel AI-enhanced campaign strategies, creative testing, and performance measurement.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of 4–7 B2B clients as the primary strategic liaison.
• Foster trust with senior marketing, demand generation, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead client calls, set agendas, manage discussions, and address challenging questions in real time.
• Proactively communicate progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure follow-through by clarifying actions, responsibilities, and timelines.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads.
• Maintain end-to-end conversion tracking integrity across GA4, GTM, and CRM systems.
• Identify and resolve performance issues related to tracking, structure, bidding, creative, or demand.
• Prioritize tasks based on business impact, effort, and practical implementation.
• Conduct quality assurance on all work before delivery.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B paid media.
• At least 1 year of experience in the B2B SaaS sector.
• Prior experience in a client-facing strategic role with responsibility for communication, not merely execution.
• Proven track record of achieving MQL, SQL, or pipeline targets for B2B clients.
• Direct oversight of at least $50k in monthly ad expenditure across multiple accounts.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, along with familiarity with at least one of LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or Microsoft Ads.
• Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and CRM attribution, including HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills adequate for leading senior-level calls and defending recommendations under pressure.
