Senior Paid Social Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies tailored for rapidly expanding B2C and B2B companies

• Strategize and enhance campaigns, with a focus on Meta and TikTok Ads

• Generate weekly performance reports

• Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize accounts using data-driven insights

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Team to produce new creatives, user-generated content (UGC), and effective landing pages

• Present the latest performance metrics during weekly client meetings

• Develop and execute actionable recommendations

• Provide strategic support for clients’ ongoing growth by utilizing internal resources

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in Paid Social Ads, preferably within an agency setting

• Comprehensive understanding of performance marketing and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Advanced expertise in Paid Social

• Exceptional communication skills for client interactions, combined with empathy and a quick grasp of new concepts

• Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach

• Capability to independently oversee complex projects and achieve results

• Experience in providing subject-matter expertise and mentoring team members

• Thorough understanding of tracking and attribution methodologies
