This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategy, budget, and performance for paid digital acquisition across platforms such as Google, Meta, and other emerging channels.
• Oversee customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion volume, and payback periods.
• Create and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, target audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Maintain a roadmap for testing and disseminate insights throughout the organization.
• Distribute budget allocations by market and payer mix, taking into account payer coverage, therapist capacity, and performance trends.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to brief and refine ad creatives.
• Enhance attribution methods within HIPAA guidelines by utilizing server-side conversion signals, compliant data layers, and incrementality or geo-holdout testing.
• Work alongside marketing, product, and engineering teams on experiments related to the sign-up process.
• Provide weekly reports on spending, pipeline development, and operational efficiency.
• Identify potential risks early and suggest budget reallocations as necessary.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience managing paid strategy and budgets within a consumer or direct-to-consumer (DTC) company.
• Preferred background in healthcare or telehealth.
• Proven history of driving efficient digital growth at significant scale.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and landing page testing tools like Unbounce.
• Strong understanding of measurement tools, including GA4, UTM governance, conversion APIs, and offline conversions.
• Awareness of the limitations associated with platform attribution.
• Experience in conducting structured A/B and multivariate testing.
• Experience in marketing under privacy or regulatory constraints, such as HIPAA, healthcare advertising policies, and restricted targeting, is an advantage.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
