This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design, initiate, oversee, and enhance campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other pertinent channels.
• Take ownership of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budget management, tracking requirements, and continuous optimization.
• Create monthly media plans that align with enrollment priorities, historical performance, seasonal trends, and the applicant decision-making process.
• Allocate budget based on qualified demand, downstream conversion rates, and acquisition efficiency.
• Maintain a prioritized testing agenda for audiences, creative materials, offers, and landing pages.
• Oversee the progression from lead generation to application initiation, completed applications, and enrollment.
• Identify points where prospects drop off and collaborate with relevant teams to implement improvements.
• Manage North America campaign and audience requirements for nurture initiatives, including segmentation, messaging, and conversion objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations on the implementation, testing, and measurement of nurture and automation strategies.
• Keep in touch with Sales and Admissions regarding lead quality, follow-up actions, objections, and conversion challenges.
• Suggest adjustments to campaigns, messaging, and targeting based on feedback and funnel analytics.
• Coordinate the launch of campaigns in accordance with team capacity and enrollment timelines.
• Develop creative briefs and collaborate with the Creative team to produce and enhance campaign materials.
• Work alongside website and digital teams on landing pages, forms, and conversion testing.
• Maintain dashboards and provide reports on a scheduled basis.
• Contribute to enrollment forecasts and communicate assumptions, risks, and resource requirements.
• Transform reporting insights into actionable decisions, experiments, and next steps.
• Keep Asana tasks, documentation, deadlines, and project statuses up to date.
• Manage paid media and demand generation vendors effectively.
• Take charge of assigned initiatives from planning to completion and coordinate cross-functional contributions.
• Assist with enrollment-focused webinars, partnerships, and events where campaign expertise is essential.
• Utilize appropriate AI tools for research, analysis, campaign development, and routine workflows, ensuring outputs are accurate and aligned with brand standards.
• Minimum of four years of hands-on performance marketing or demand generation experience in a B2C context.
• Proven experience managing paid B2C campaigns targeting audiences in the U.S.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing downstream conversion rates and acquisition efficiency, beyond just generating cost-effective leads.
• Experience collaborating with Sales on a considered-purchase journey or multi-stage conversion funnel.
• Proficient in HubSpot or a similar CRM, GA4, campaign attribution, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to develop realistic plans based on historical data.
• Experience briefing creative teams, coordinating vendors, and managing cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication skills, dependable follow-through, and the ability to raise concerns constructively.
• Preferred experience in higher education or adult learner acquisition.
