Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Google Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Take charge of managing and strategically cultivating Google Ads accounts independently.

• Create and execute scalable SEA strategies that align with established performance objectives.

• Regularly analyze, refine, and strategically distribute budgets for optimal performance.

• Discover and implement growth opportunities, testing methodologies, and automation solutions.

• Leverage AI for analysis, research, campaign enhancement, reporting, and streamlining workflows.

• Actively enhance Google Ads strategies, processes, and best practices.

• Several years of professional experience in performance marketing, specifically focused on Google Ads.

• Extensive knowledge in Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube advertising.

• Demonstrated experience in independently managing and scaling intricate accounts.

• Strong analytical capabilities with confidence in handling tracking, attribution, and performance KPIs.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools for analysis, optimization, automation, and more efficient workflows.

• A high level of ownership, strategic thought process, and ability to make independent decisions.
