πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop digital marketing materials including emails, advertisements, forms, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows.

β€’ Support the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies, encompassing campaign planning and teamwork with internal departments to achieve digital acquisition objectives.

β€’ Manage paid media advertising placements by analyzing performance, optimizing outcomes, and offering actionable insights.

β€’ Utilize project management tools to oversee and coordinate digital campaigns from inception to completion.

β€’ Aid in maintaining relationships with external digital marketing vendors and partners.

β€’ Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, including MQL to SQL conversion, using attribution and analytics platforms.

β€’ Deliver insights and recommendations for data-driven campaign optimizations to facilitate ongoing enhancements and investment strategies.

β€’ Contribute to the development of direct reports and ensure alignment with team and organizational goals.

β€’ Utilize company-sanctioned AI tools to enhance marketing workflows, efficiency, and team-wide knowledge sharing.

β€’ Work in collaboration with marketing leadership, content creators, and product marketers on digital campaigns and assets for Science, Math, and Amplify Classroom products.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).

β€’ Over 3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.

β€’ Proficient in using marketing CRM systems and analytical tools.

β€’ Proven track record in developing digital marketing campaigns with established KPIs and measurement plans.

β€’ Capability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a data-driven, team-oriented environment.

β€’ Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce.

β€’ Experience with a content management system (CMS).

β€’ Knowledge of paid social media platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

β€’ Understanding of fundamental marketing principles and digital strategy.

β€’ Skilled in Google tools, including Google Analytics and Google Ads.

β€’ Experience with project management systems.

β€’ Legally authorized to work in the United States.

β€’ Background check required upon selection for employment.
