Conversion Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Prepare, coordinate, and implement customer migrations from the legacy Zenith platform to NexLedgr, potentially including configurations for Rollfi and Yodlee.

• Ensure compliance with conversion work plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness assessments.

• Collaborate with the Zenith Implementation Specialist to keep conversions on schedule and achieve milestones.

• Potentially oversee multiple conversions at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

• Create and publish the comprehensive Conversion QC Checklist.

• Analyze legacy customer data to identify any data quality issues prior to conversion.

• Prepare, validate, and reconcile migration datasets utilizing the Conversion Tool.

• Conduct test conversions and assess results for completeness and accuracy.

• Confirm the successful migration of customer datasets.

• Document exceptions, anomalies, and remediation efforts for the Conversion Team.

• Engage in and facilitate implementation interviews with customers.

• Collect operational requirements and document any necessary conversion customizations.

• Provide detailed conversion nuances to the Implementation Specialist for customer training purposes.

• Conduct pre-conversion readiness assessments.

• Execute post-conversion quality control and finalize the master Conversion QC Checklist.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in software implementation, client onboarding, data conversion, operations, project coordination, or customer-facing project management.

• Proficiency with large-scale data migration and conversion processes, which includes data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and conversion testing.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Preferred experience in supporting financial services, banking, accounting, fintech, SaaS implementations, or software deployment projects.

• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis platforms is preferred.

• Successful completion of a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana screening.
