Senior Performance Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take charge of launching, managing, and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns personally.

• Directly oversee and allocate substantial monthly acquisition budgets.

• Monitor and enhance metrics such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and payback performance.

• Make decisions regarding creative testing, including what to test, scale, or discontinue.

• Develop and implement acquisition strategies across B2C consumer channels.

• Scale campaigns across various markets and platforms effectively.

• Conduct extensive creative testing to uncover scalable acquisition opportunities.

• Analyze subscription funnels and cohort economics to inform commercial decisions.

• Optimize web and subscription funnels to enhance acquisition performance.

• Distribute budgets among channels based on performance metrics and commercial priorities.

• Monitor account restrictions and resolve acquisition issues as they arise.

• Utilize performance and attribution tools to assess campaign effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in paid acquisition with direct ownership of campaigns.

• Managed a monthly spend exceeding $300K personally.

• Recent, verifiable commercial achievements linked to CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, or payback.

• Strong background in B2C acquisition within consumer apps, subscriptions, DTC, gaming, or dating/social sectors.

• Proven track record in making creative testing decisions.

• Experience in personally determining what to test, scale, and halt.

• Solid understanding of acquisition and subscription economics.

• Willingness to work for a company focused on adult-AI companionship.
