Senior People Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Senior Manager of People Solutions.

• Manage daily configuration and provide support for core Workday HCM modules serving the global workforce.

• Develop and maintain automations based on Workato and create prototype workflows using tools such as Claude, integrating Workday with an applicant tracking system and other People Technology platforms.

• Oversee the configuration and integration maintenance for Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits.

• Handle the complete lifecycle of security access requests and the configuration of business processes.

• Create actionable and reliable Workday reports.

• Test and implement new functionalities of Workday and semi-annual releases, promptly identifying any issues.

• Become proficient in configuration and automation environments, understand shadow processes, and establish team relationships within the first month.

• Independently manage configuration, testing, and support requests across four modules, delivering a prototype for automation or agentic workflows within the third month.

• Assume full responsibility for module scope and produce automation or process enhancements beyond Workday HCM within the sixth month.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in configuring and integrating Workday, including the management of Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, or Benefits.

• Familiarity with an iPaaS/automation tool like Workato is advantageous.

• Experience with an applicant tracking system (such as Greenhouse or similar) is beneficial.

• Proven ability to utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to address real-world business issues, achieve measurable results, or optimize workflows.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience is mandatory.

• Proficient in managing Workday security, reporting, and comprehensive business process configuration from start to finish.

• Capable of clearly communicating technical system modifications to stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Eager to innovate with tools like Claude and Workato and enhance processes beyond Workday HCM.

• Willing to engage in a fixed-term role with a defined scope and timeline.

• Self-motivated and adept at fostering strong working relationships in a remote setting.
