This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.
• Act as the primary People Partner for the G&A and GTM divisions, encompassing Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Maintain the comprehensive HRBP connection with leaders and teams across a geographically diverse, remote-first workforce.
• Oversee and support initiatives related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and professional development.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to project compensation cycle budgets using headcount and market data.
• Administer EOR partnerships, primarily with Oyster, throughout the complete employment cycle while ensuring compliance with European regulations.
• Independently manage intricate employee relations cases, consulting EOR partners and external legal advisors as necessary.
• Facilitate organizational design tasks, including job architecture, job description creation, level adjustments, and promotion evaluations.
• Collaborate with the Senior HRBP for Product & Engineering and People Ops on company-wide personnel initiatives.
• Offer data-driven recommendations and a business-oriented perspective during HRBP discussions.
• Enhance and innovate People processes and practices to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall employee experience.
• A business-first, human-centered approach.
• Over 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Minimum of 1 year in a senior HRBP or HR leadership position.
• Experience with a fully remote or distributed team.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities.
• Capacity to establish effective relationships in a remote working environment.
• Proficient in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
• Initiative in utilizing AI to enhance impact.
• Strong business insight.
• Ability to comprehend business objectives and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives.
• Must reside in and possess the legal right to work in the UK, Spain, or Latvia.
• Availability for a 12-month parental leave coverage.
